In-Store Returns Policy

We offer an easy return process for purchases made at our store, under these conditions:

    •    Returns are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
    •    Items must be in their original condition.
    •    To process a return, please bring the item(s) and your purchase receipt to our physical store location.

Please note, we do not accept returns via mail. All returns must be processed in-store. Contact us if you need further assistance on orders@hassamalshopping.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
